Elisa Lam

Elisa Lam, 21 year old college student from Canada, was reported missing on February 1st 2013 while vacationing in downtown Los Angeles. She was last seen by workers at the Cecil Hotel, 640 S Main. Her family notified the Royal Canadian Mounted Police when th had not heard from Elisa, who had been in touch with them every day.

Her body was later found on Tuesday, February 19th, almost 3 weeks later, inside of one of four water tanks on top of the roof of the hotel.

The case of Elisa Lam is intriguing, mysterious, and tragic. People from all over the world continue to be drawn to this young woman's story, looking for answers and seeking justice for this extremely bright and at times troubled soul.
